Michael R. Griffith
Michael R. Griffith concentrates his practice in litigation, specializing in mass torts, multi-district litigation, products liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Griffith served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, P.J. Ch. and the Honorable Menelaos W. Toskos, P.J.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. Mr. Griffith is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York, and the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Griffith is a published author with his research published by the International Mediation Institute. His work is also published in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolation Vol. 20, Issue 4, and translated into Hungarian to be published by the University of Miskolc Law Journal, Miskolci Jogi Szemle.
Mr. Griffith attended Rutgers University School of Law where he was the Senior Notes Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. Mr. Griffith was also selected as a Kinoy-Stavis Public Interest Law Fellow as a graduate fellow for the Eagleton Institute. Mr. Griffith represented Rutgers University School of Law in the ICC Paris Mediation Competition, the CDRC Vienna (BA-VIAC Mediation Competition, and he captained the Rutgers AAA/NYSBA Arbitration Team, winning an award for best oral advocacy.
