Nina C. Santacesaria

Nina C. Santacesaria works on complex civil litigation matters involving serious injuries and significant losses. Before joining the firm, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. In that role, she gained substantial courtroom advocacy and trial experience prosecuting cases involving domestic violence, firearms, narcotics, property crimes, and violent offenses resulting in significant bodily harm.

Ms. Santacesaria is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland.

She earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., where she competed as a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as a Note and Comment Editor of the American University International Law Review. She graduated cum laude from the State University of New York College at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

Outside the office, Ms. Santacesaria enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Minnie.
