$1.2 million settlement for malpractice involving cataract surgery. In this lawsuit, our client suffered severe damage to her eye as a result of  cataract surgery which was negligently performed by a New Jersey eye doctor. As a result of the medical malpractice, our client lost the sight in in one of her eyes. The case was settled for the eye doctor’s full malpractice insurance policy, plus a contribution of additional monies from another physician.
