$4.75 Medical Malpractice Settlement for Missed Cancer

This case involved a pathologist failing to properly diagnose our client’s cancer.  Unfortunately, the pathologist’s medical malpractice was not uncovered for 16 months.  As a result, the cancer went from Stage 1 Cancer to Stage 4 Cancer, ultimately resulting in the death of our client.
